 Gilda Mares is a key member of the Chameleon Enterprises team. With over 25 years of mortgage lending, operations, underwriting and retail experience she handles the majority of Chameleon's production. Gilda is well versed in the Non-QM arena in which she can structure, both traditional loan requests, and use her creativity to find ways for clients to secure real estate funding.
